Return & Exchange Policy – Autumn Summer

At Autumn Summer, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase you make. To help ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we’ve outlined our updated Return & Exchange Policy below.


1. Returns

Returns can be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

To place a return request, simply email us at autumnsummer.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns will be processed as Gift Cards/Store Credit only.

Please use the subject line:
“RETURN – [Your Name] – [Order Number]”

Once your request is approved, we will share the return details, and you can courier the item back to us as soon as possible.

We will process the return after the product reaches us and passes our quality check.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

If the product does not meet return standards, we reserve the right to decline the return request and send the item back to you.

Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit while being shipped back to us.

Return Refund Method

For all approved returns requested within 5 days of receiving the product, the refund amount will be issued in the form of an Autumn Summer Gift Card/Store Credit.

  • The Gift Card/Store Credit will be shared after the returned product passes our quality check.

  • Gift Cards/Store Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Store Credits can be used on any future purchase on our website.

  • Refunds to the original payment method will not be applicable for standard return requests.


2. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size, depending on availability.

Please email us at autumnsummer.shop@gmail.com within 5 days to initiate an exchange.

After approval, you may courier the item back to us from your side.

Once we receive and verify the product, we will ship your replacement piece.


3. Refunds

Refunds will only be applicable in cases where:

  • the wrong product has been delivered.

In such cases:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via GPay or Bank Transfer.

For all standard return requests, refunds will be issued only as Gift Cards/Store Credit.


4. Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns.

Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.

If the sale period has ended and you request an exchange after that, the exchange can still be processed — you will simply need to pay the difference between the current price and the sale price you paid.

The exchange will be completed once:

  • the price difference (if any) is paid,

  • and the product is self-couriered back to us.


6. Gift Cards

Gift Cards start at ₹500 and can be used to shop any item on our website.

They can also be applied toward future purchases.
Validity: 1 year from the date of purchase/issue.


7. Additional Information

  • We respond to all emails and messages within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days).

  • We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for items that do not meet our condition guidelines.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Once a return or exchange has been completed, the same item cannot undergo another return or exchange.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos. Kindly keep the tags on the product until we review the case.

    • Customised orders are not eligible for any kind of returns or exchanges.
