RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Autumn Summer, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below:
RETURN

Returns and exchanges can be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

For returns, please email us at autumnsummer.shop@gmail.com with your original order number and the reason for return within 5 days of receiving the product. The subject line of the email should include 'RETURN - [Your Name] - [Order Number]'.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with the original packaging, tags, and dust bags (for accessories).

A return processing fee of Rs 150 will be applied to all return orders.

If the product does not meet acceptable standards, it will be returned to the customer, and a refund will not be processed.
Exchange

Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size.

A shipping fee of Rs 150 will be applied to all exchange orders, and this amount must be paid in advance before the item is collected from your location via Gpay/UPI.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original mode of payment.

Incase of a COD order, amount will be transferred via Gpay/Bank transfer to the respective customers account.

A return processing fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from the total amount.
Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale cannot be returned.

Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
Return & Exchange Process

Ensure all items are in their original condition, with tags intact and unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Please reuse the original packaging to protect the garments during shipment.

All emails and messages will be addressed within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of being received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements. If the product shows signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage, the return will be rejected.

We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong address).

Once an item has been returned or exchanged, it is not eligible for another return or exchange.

In the rare case that you receive a faulty product, contact us via email at autumnsummer.shop@gmail.com within 24 hours with pictures, videos, and a clear description of the damage. Do not remove the hang tags from the damaged product, as removing them will imply that the fault lies with the customer.
